re: Ann: Beach commences legal proceedings ag... cha, what is it you refer to when you state Beach did not get it right the first time?
If you mean they failed to "get right" a signed farmin agreement with ICN then I would point out Beach cannot force a party to negotiate details & sign, and maybe it was not they who procrastinated in the hope a legally binding contract would lapse over time.
At least wait to find out the facts before you judge Beach management is at fault especially as you then suggest "jury still out for mine".
