@ANTON707 and@Aceboy, I agree that the numbers only tell part of the story. BPT appears a cheap low risk medium to long term (1 to 5 years) investment by their financial metrics.
Would you elaborate "the risk is in the execution for holding BPT and access a 100% reward".
