re: Ann: BPT: Beach in dispute with Icon rega... last week i sold my remaining BPT stocks to fund my initial stake in ICN. I was fed up with BPT after years of disappointment and irritation. It hasn't even been a week and they are back to try get more money out of me, albeit indirectly. I guess i finally understand how divorced guys feel when their ex-wives come back and nag for more money even after the divorce settlement is finalised.
Anyway, when i was analysing whether or not to buy ICN, the possibility of legal action was factored in. However, I also took into account that the ICN chairman is a lawyer who specialises in farm-ins and would know what is required for a firm agreement. BPT are only wasting their money, but i guess that's what they are good at.
