re: Ann: BPT: Beach in dispute with Icon rega... Totally agree Spiro. It is now patently obvious how valuable 855 is and don't forget we are only talking about 25% or at most 40%. It is not the end of the world if we lost, but, I'll bet that RJ has a cast iron case to defend. Either way, it will be a win/win for ICN, the WORST case scenario is that we get BPT as a 40% j/v partner and $8 million. Not a bad SECOND prize!! But, more importantly, "others" will be saying how good is this 855 if BPT is prepared to fight for it?? Bring it on!!!!!
