re: Ann: Beach increases interest in Impress ... I think there is no incentive if VPE holds on, esp. being a minority holder. I'm sure VPE was very interested in acquiring ITC when they raised capital, only BPT being quicker to it.
I think VPE is better off giving up the 20% stake for cash, and then using that cash to buy up another company.
Also with the current permits that VPE shares with ITC, having BPT as the partner in those permits ain't that bad.
VPE will have to get use to it.
