i don't expect the icon court case to affect beach sp at all.
reason being, i don't think shale gas success has been factored into beach sp. therefore, if they prove that the shale is economic, the sp should jump up. Then if they win the court case, bonus, share price could potentially rise further, or stay the same.
If they prove it is not economic, sp should remain the same, but most likely drop somewhat, and if they prove its not economic, then most likely the icn permit is also worth nothing (at least to beach), so the outcome of the court case is meaningless, and perhaps better lost, so as to not have to pay out anything.
