You may be correct, management fee may not be paid once 100% beneficial interest is achieved, but the announcement does not state this. This is one of the things I need clarified. But, you have calculated incorrectly, and management fee is income, not liabilty. Management fee is paid on all cash cost relating to Lady Ida.
