Wassa from what I understand the directors associates have been through the courts with these tenements since 2011, pre BCN involvement.

I think it's a bit low to question their morals.

They continue to fund the company when needed and charge low fees.

What it seems has occurred is they have secured the project (with their own money) and chosen to vend it into BCN for a very low amount. I would assume the small royalty is in exchange for the legal action to be stopped.

If BCN shareholders don't like the deal they could maybe sell it to EVN at Mungari?

Track record of Geoff and Graham is they look after shareholders first and fairly.
