Track record of Geoff and Graham is they look after shareholders first and fairly.

Thanks for explanation of their court actions.

Only asking … as it did seem odd a deal is structured this way especially in short succession from OBM via management to BCN.

I have always looked upon BCN management doing a good job for shareholders. Thanks.
