Fellow Shareholder and Interested Party,

We have attached a copy of an ASX release made this morning.

The results have firmed up our expectations on Mt Dimer and at current gold prices we believe we will have a positive outcome on our mining reserve. Current resources are located on approved mining leases.

Tenement transfer into Beacon’s name will enable an application for a miscellaneous license for a road to be lodged (as depicted in Figure 1)

The economic outcome of a considerably shorter distance using off highway equipment after allowing for costs of construction should be positive and impact on cut off grades.

Exploration outside of Golden Slipper/Lightning will be reviewed later this year.
