Everyone is talking about haulage cost. MacP is 45km away from Jaurdi processing plant (45-60mins away).



As announced, they plan to use 90t for haulage. Using 1g/t = 2.9oz of gold.

With petrol prices being higher this will cost more haul, however a truck can have up to 200L per tank. Using a fuel consumption of 50L per 100km.
1 truck would cost 200 x $3L = $600. Truck can do approx 2 trips (return). Therefore the $600 will be cost added to 5.8oz of gold.

5.8oz of gold at Aud 2400 = $13,920. The $600 is an increase to the base cost.
Many larger miners truck ore from 100-200km away, ours only being 45km away is good for us.
