    So how much of Beacon does Aspermont have to buy? ASP currently doesn't own any Beacon stock I thought, they wanted to get rid of it and they did last year. Now they are being forced to buy back in? I think gainwealth own it all, so do Beacon have to buy it all?

    Can someone explain?
