Agreed on that one, if anyone has a better idea.
Sounds like it's a deal long before this board - And considering we rid ourselves of Beacon Events, it sounds like ASP doesn't have any interest in fulfilling the repurchase and is trying to avoid it.
Considering the building blocks have been laid, and this year was going to be quite the test for a positive flow in Quarterly performance (and hopefully more shareholder interest due to it), this doesn't fair well in those plans from my perspective.
