I have McGarry's comment rolling around the back my head something along the lines 'we anticipate having excess funds over the next few quarters' Hmmm Sounds a little like angling to pay another divy. Some of us having differing views of the best way to reward holders however I'm pretty sure the majority want to see capital appreciation particularly having been recently diluted via a cap raise with many including myself underwater at current share price. I would hope at a minimum our cash facility is paid off and binned. If we have excess cash then we have no need for a finance facility that is costing interest at the moment on $8,000,000+. Surely better to bank it and earn interest whilst having a safery buffer and funds for any distressed assets too good to pass up.
