If that were the case, then if I were a MXR hodler I would be looking to exit. The call option hanging over the share price suggests that BCN think they could acquire it cheaper, else they would have to give up that stake to PNR once value were ascribed to it. The smart money would opt to cash in MXR shares and move them here to BCN to capture the upside.
