As a analogy, a "Balanced" diet is best for you but in penny stocks, i rather they put all the capital into acquisitions like this methodically building the company up so we can then pay similar div's but at only a small cost to the companies coffers! They also will be doing a Resource audit to see how they stand as it did cost 10 mil?, so we would like something good and long lasting for that money. My earlier point was that it Div's and New mine mostly drains the Bank account so they have to build up and thats fine if we hold gold at 2K but what about the upcoming "everything" crash that is slated? What if gold was to crash and stays down for months or even a year? Smart to look ahead and plan for a weaker economy that the FED and RBA are causing as they raise rates and even admitted houses ect will go down. They know what they are causing!
Todays news is very good and positive and convenient close by, so the board is doing a good job. IMO
