Ok so this is what my interpretation is from this.
BCN will give back the tenements to whoever (BNR or Habrok) if they are interested for free. They have 3 months to decide if they want the land back. So IMO BCN will mine the existing mine, do some drilling for additional pits. But by 2026 I expect BCN is have mined everything they wanted from this area.
