We are pleased to know you have fixed it without receiving another reminder from Automic.
The law requires Automic/BCN to deduct tax at the rate of 47cents in the dollar where a TFN has not been provided ,if they do not they will be prosecuted by the Federal Government,that is the law
ie the law is the law
