Interesting as share price isnt climbing past divvy value which is very telling. Directors habe 160m shares to convert alone.... let alone bcn past record of ending flat or negative post "positive" announcements im somewhat sceptical of jumping in at 3.9 for it to recede back to 3.6 per usual...
