To receive the 0.7 cents dividend you need to have bought shares by 17th March 2021. This includes shares that you acquire by converting options. Any current shareholder today who retains their shares until after close of the ASX on 17th Mar’21 will be the registered holder and therefore qualify for the dividend.

So if you hold shares today and want the dividend do not sell until 18th March. If you hold options and want the dividend make sure you pay your option conversion cost of 2.5 cents per option to Beacon well in and advance of 17th March so there is enough time for the new shares to be registered in your name and therefore qualify for the dividend.
