That is hence the price $ 10M for proven recourse with plenty of opportunity/potential to explore and 2.5M for against exploration leases that have had minimal exploration but might have some potential of one or some financially/economical deposits .
I don't read anywhere the purchase of these leases were to get the deal across the line .
The company is compelled to report this to the ASX and to us being the holders.
