Hopefully to sort out the confusion, and anyone please correct me if I'm wrong here as its only my back of the envelope calcs and there's way smarter blokes on here than me.

The dispute for Lady Ida could still go on for a fair while longer, but hoping that the Minister puts an end to all this and eventually that patch of ground ends up going through Beacons mills. From the announcement by Ora Banda today, sounds like they're still up for a fight.
The deposit could contain around 200,000 ounces at a head grade of 2grms per tonne.
Ora Banda Mining is reporting there's 2.9MT @2.1grms for 199,000 ounces, if that's true, you can understand why they've been fighting over this for 11yrs.

At Beacons current milling rate of around 820k/yr, Lady Ida could give them roughly 3.5yrs worth of feed if the dirt behaves the same way through their circuit.
With the increased head grade compared to what they're currently feeding, its a huge game changer for the company if they get it.


Saying all that, I could be wrong.
