Hmmm, not suggesting we need a change, but very well paid for the value delivered for shareholders to date. Keep in mind the salary is in US dollars.
Also agreed to possibly the worst JV (with Roadpost) I have seen, having given up the 2 most important territories in the world (US / Canada) for a $500k loan, when an exclusive distribution deal would have been just as effective. The JV to date has driven no value for Beam shareholders and we aren’t seeing any benefit from supposed recurring revenues from the thousands of sales (50k?) of ZOLEO units in the US / Canada.
We know financial results aren’t going to impress the market for FY, so will want to throw up something to get the market excited for the future.
