For investors to convert the options the share price has to be well above 50c, what's the point of excersicing options at 50c when you can buy them directly from the market?
The discount offered in the recent raise wasn't really material, actually it was pretty low, so the options are just a sweetener as the strike price is relatively high.
The share price will increase or decrease based on the performance of the company and respective valuation. The effect of stock dumping due to a capital raise is just temporary but I don't see a big issue here as the T20 own more that 70% so the capital raise will provide liquidity.
