Keep it mind the background of the JV partner. They partnered with Garmin on their InReach product and If you go back to the JV announcement in 2019 they're quoted as explaining why they thought Zoleo would do well. Ie, there was a demonstrated demand for a cheaper device that works seamlessly with smart phone etc and there was nothing like Zoleo in the market.
