It seems the story is all about how good a deal this Zoleo txn becomes.
The odds are at least in BCC favour given it has 50% already, and this is a JV/arb process that is well defined.
The main positive in this announcement is they have underlined the fact they will fund the deal with debt financing, avoiding shareholder dilution.
I imagine that the deal will be quite a short pay back period given the cash generative nature of Zoleo under full ownership is already known.
