ZOLEO Inc made $47m in 2024 and couldn't make a profit, mostly high margin, recurring revenue, that is criminal.
Who from Roadpost is responsible for the blatant mismanagement of the JV?
Roadpost owe Beam shareholders a lot of money for the cheap devices we sold ZOLEO Inc.
Time for Beam to charge the JV a reasonable market price.
