If I was a large shareholder, I would be asking Capocchi to take a pay cut for his ongoing stuff ups.

Stuffing up the initial agreement, stuffing up the management of Zoleo before the dispute... and now stuffing up the arbitration.

There is no way on earth he is worth as much as he is paid. Get someone who is evenly remotely competent, rather than a mere public speaker, and the company would rerate.
