The JV is profitable or returns a handsome profit, only trouble is not to us, Roadpost would be dping very nicely but we still own half of it. BUT Roadpost will never want to sell up because they would be doing so well out of it I'd say. I have always said this JV should have been 50/50 down the middle no negotiations but guess it had to be this way, Europe and Asia also launching may help us catch up. Agree also we need to see it start to scale more, costs not risong much as no good if every time we expand millions in wages and operating costs are added. Hard to see into this entity too much to understand it.

I am pleased it seems Certus Sub deal at least will be 100% to us - but this is still an unkown and we need to see what comes of this. Has been some time now also since it was mentioned we are in advanced negoatiations which was August 2022.
