True, they also sell Garmin products so maybe they approached them as well but doubt Garmin would have wanted in. Good points though as we don’t know the back story. RP may have said this is the deal, we will otherwise manufacture own product or just get you to manufacture it for a fee. The JV can and should come into its own once Europe fires up and Asia expansion happens.
