Honestly to let the SP languish this low is more a risk of being taken out cheaply than there is with Garmin knowing sales figures for subscriptions, I think they would have a pretty good idea based in unit sales and their conversion rates what this is anyway.
I think the Directors need to be far more transparent, but I think they know this so the only really assumption to make is the JV is losing money or making little and Aus sales are paltry.
