You just proved my point that in 99.9% of cases unless dropped down a well we can assume 100% of devices will activate a subscription even if they change ownership
For any unit that gets ‘regifted’ like this your patents will need to take up the subscription.
Or if they don’t want.your gift they can sell it on eBay and someone else will.... etc
