I am part of the Australian 'hiking community'. I have never met anyone in Australia who uses the zoleo product when hiking. I am also a member of about ten hiking/outdoor facebook groups. I don't see any discussion about this product on the facebbook groups. Apart from one individual who was trialling the product and a post from myself asking for feedback on the product. I have seen people using their competitor's product - Garmin in reach mini. I have also seen a fair amount of discussion about the Garmin in reach mini on facebook. The Garmin product appears to be popular. See product review in link below (April, 2020)

Judging by the notes to the accounts (note 11) of the last report, the zoleo product may be popular in Canada.
