I think it's all been such crazy low volume (apologies late reply, didn't see the tag) that it's likely a lack of liquidity causing disinterest. Unfortunately, these type of stocks always take way longer than I expect for the market to cotton on.
CNW I held when it started it's turnaround, and I was far too early, like 2 years too early, but then it went up 150% in a few months. Made the investment worthwhile.
