The exciting part of this deal for holders (I have since sold out though I suspect there is upside to the current SP) is that these deals remove the issue fund managers would have had with taking a position in this stock - that it will always be sub scale. With this deal (and with a couple more - I expect another one to be announced with Iridium) that issue is now gone and the growth prospects become clearer i.e the question of 'how does this company go from $10m market cap to $50m market cap' now has a clear answer.
