Seems reasonable against the market cap, but that just illustrates how cheap Beam got.
Doesn't seem like an amazing price for the royalties, which are quite sticky.
And it includes the IP.....so not sure it is that impressive in my opinion.
The Agreement also settles other outstanding issues relating to the impending sale of Beam’s sharesin Zoleo Inc. to its JV partner, Roadpost, including the transfer of intellectual property andmanufacturing rights for the ZOLEO device.
