I'm sorry, but this is laughable and tragic at the same time. The arbitration process alone has cost Beam orders of magnitude more than this IP, manufacturing rights AND royalties settlement. The IP and royalties were said to generate significant leverage for the additional settlement amounts...we just lost any leverage for an insignificant sum of money.
Also lets not forget that MC is on a total accumulative benefit package of close to a million per year and we just sold our IP, manufacturing rights AND royalties for ... $4M, this is straight up madness.
Beam's inability to negotiate favourable terms for the shareholders just keeps getting worse. Hopefully any remaining cheerleaders are now realising that they are going to be walking away with major losses, if this is our leverage that was sold off, I'd hate to see what Zoleo remnants are going to be sold for.
Worse still...what will happen with the capital post sale?
