I get that investors only really care about is profit/positive cash flow etc.. At some point I expect the same, So until these benefits start to flow through, that's probably the point at which investors may start to become aware of this company. There are periods of time when the best companies have to roll up the sleeves and lay the foundations for what is to come. Companies that don't invest back into themselves at the dawn of new industries and chose to instead pander to short term investor time frames end up missing the opportunity.

I believe that the opportunities in front of them are truly colossal, they are just getting prepared for it.

I think the big headstart by Allscripts is the reason Kelsey won't buy on market
