The Beamtree Annual report had a lot of interesting information -- but little explanation. For example, Note #31 on page 112 of the report shows the calculations for the acquisition of Potential(x).
This suggests that the entity lost $5.8 million in 2021/22, but was worth $19.6 million to Beamtree.
I wonder if this will trigger any claw back of the 11.3 million deferred shares that made up part of the overall payment.
