Everything else being the same, Im not expecting a sell down to the $4.35 CR price, if my memory is correct, I recall us doing a CR after the announcement of BH at $2.4(?), the instos who bought in held onto majority of their shares and the SP did not come near that CR price....until the bottom fell out of POO a few weeks later.
