The most exciting part for me is that this announcement starts a new thread here on HC - hopefully the other thread with almost 200,000 views can be relegated to the annals of history
Interesting that, because some construction has already taken place, the CEAA 2012 doesn't apply. I've no idea of the significance of this, it just seemed like an interesting point for the announcement to highlight.
