Interesting spread on the Buy /Sell ratios so far today...of cause it will be different at COB., but thought on the back of the announcement that the bids and offers gap would have been larger. Maybe the market is holding off awaiting further announcements..anyway it has provided those with the spare cash a window of opportunity to sneak under the radar and top up while the rest sit there "scratching their scrotum's" while deciding which way to jump.
