Like the idea of the company, not sure about the execution.
As mentioned marketing spend alone is multiple times revenue so their product has yet to prove it can match customer acquistion costs. Also there are many issues with the app and onboarding process if you read their customer service pages it sounds very confusing. I believe they had 7 staff at IPO so not sure if that's enough to provide quality.
But these things can change and the fundamental need is there whether it's them or some other company that fills that market.
