Masterplan, couldn't find your pic (scanned back through a many pdfs). What file was it from?

Yes the el paso is accurate (but in any case how accurate are you needing it  - for what it represents?).
Looked back through and my file shows 20 Nov 2018. I would have traced it. Here's a few pics showing its accuracy, via....   grabbed the 20 Nov 2018 AZY announcement;

geo-referenced it & reduced transparency (you can still see El Paso);




activated the tenement layers, so you can see the accuracy;




then activated 'my' El Paso layers...   and you see they marry up
