Well LU7 and Iggy have put it out there re supply and the recoiling of prices in their construction period ahead. I like this as this will ignite conversation and put the industry issue forefront in conversation rather than have markets create the narrative. Potentially this may be a fantastic branding opportunity (or otherwise) by LU7.
