I was in this earlier in the year, mondy and had similar thoughts, got out with a small loss. There just seems to be far too many red flags with these guys..
I find how they refer to them selves as the "dreamteam" as very cringe worthy, there has also been a couple of suspect pump and dumps etc prior to and following capital raises.. perhaps that is common practice at this end of the market.
And now an aftermarket trading halt, regarding a capital raise.
