My mind boggles at these sorts of things though. $55m for paying a team of engineers to design stuff... I have absolutely no idea how many hours is spent on something like this, as well as how an engineering company tenders for such projects. $55m is a lot of coin! But if it gets us to where we need to be so be it.
I'd just like two more announcements now, someone to cough up a cheap loan for the remainder to build Dubbo, another to announce a contract for 600 tonnes of magnets for the Korean plant.
