RMS could buy DRM with their cash plus some of the cash flow coming in.
Don't see why they would want a passive 5% investment.
Clearly there is something afoot here - it is a perfect match (for both companies?).
I'm making a pure guess here by saying that RMS will soon do their due diligence. I think they will put an offer in and it will look like something like script for current market value + cash payment on top as a bonus. Pure speculation on my behalf, but will be interesting to see what happens.
