Shorting at current level, is similar to suicide, IMO.
Harbour Asset Management, holds 14.7m, increased by 900k over last few month. They bought 6.8m at $2.36 in February 2016 from BoA. Harbour Asset's average cost is about $2.50/share.
FMR, still hold about 8.2m shares, their HongKong division were double the holding from 1.9m to 3.8m, but US Boston division reduced their holdings from 5m to 2m shares.
BoA holds 7.9m
Three institutions hold about 31m shares.
It's hard to find another small cap under $100m with $41m cash, and have two managed funds invested in $80m cash in the company.
