BoA, appears to have bought 3,647,478 from UBS on 23 June 2016.

I wonder who bought the remaining 3,647,478.

On 15 March 2016, BoA bought 2,086,000 shares at $1.48/share.

The news could be good or bad. It depends on what they are going to do.
